一、產品概述

二、技術方案

在中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)非有(you)效接地(di)系統中(zhong)(zhong),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)接地(di)變(bian)壓(ya)器引出一個(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),該中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與接地(di)運行(xing)(xing)渦(wo)流(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關IGBT串聯接入(ru)可(ke)控(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)后(hou)接地(di)。系統正常運行(xing)(xing)時(shi),接地(di)運行(xing)(xing)渦(wo)流(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關IGBT不導通(tong)(tong)。當系統或線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)發(fa)生(sheng)單相(xiang)(xiang)接地(di)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時(shi),接地(di)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua),裝(zhuang)置中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)主控(kong)(kong)制器檢測到故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao),并(bing)觸(chu)(chu)發(fa)接地(di)運行(xing)(xing)渦(wo)流(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關IBGT導通(tong)(tong),零序(xu)回路(lu)(lu)將(jiang)流(liu)(liu)過(guo)一個(ge)脈(mo)沖可(ke)控(kong)(kong)的(de)零序(xu)大(da)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),該零序(xu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu),故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)測距(ju)定(ding)位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)采集單元(yuan)檢測到故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)后(hou)發(fa)送給控(kong)(kong)制器,判斷故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)、故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)類型及故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)間和(he)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)波形等。然后(hou)根據單相(xiang)(xiang)接地(di)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)的(de)性(xing)質,再采用(yong)不同(tong)的(de)工作方(fang)式(shi),讓消弧線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈和(he)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)消弧、電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)接地(di)及不接地(di)互相(xiang)(xiang)配(pei)合,消除弧光(guang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang),并(bing)互相(xiang)(xiang)保(bao)護(hu)。

對(dui)于瞬(shun)時性(xing)接地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)障和(he)(he)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)接地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)障,通過干預(yu)技術完成(cheng)故(gu)障測(ce)距定位后(hou)(hou)迅速啟動脈(mo)(mo)沖式(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)和(he)(he)觸點消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),用(yong)(yong)觸點消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)來(lai)旁路暫態(tai)、高頻接地(di)(di)(di)電(dian)容電(dian)流(liu)和(he)(he)脈(mo)(mo)沖式(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)暫態(tai)電(dian)感電(dian)流(liu),當脈(mo)(mo)沖式(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)穩定工作(zuo)并實(shi)現補償后(hou)(hou),退出觸點消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),待故(gu)障消(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)后(hou)(hou)再退出脈(mo)(mo)沖式(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)。由于有脈(mo)(mo)沖式(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)以(yi)及低(di)殘(can)壓(ya)過電(dian)壓(ya)吸收(shou)裝置和(he)(he)電(dian)阻來(lai)限(xian)制觸點消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)真(zhen)空(kong)接觸器(qi)開斷(duan)引起的(de)操作(zuo)過電(dian)壓(ya),對(dui)于瞬(shun)時性(xing)接地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)障或(huo)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)接地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)障,這種組合式(shi)(shi)的(de)工作(zuo)方式(shi)(shi)克服(fu)了(le)傳統的(de)消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)或(huo)觸點消(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、不接地(di)(di)(di)、小電(dian)阻接地(di)(di)(di)單獨(du)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)的(de)缺陷,更加有利于故(gu)障的(de)消(xiao)(xiao)除(chu),使裝置的(de)可靠性(xing)大大提高。

對(dui)于永久(jiu)性的(de)(de)單相接(jie)(jie)地故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障,完(wan)成(cheng)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障測(ce)距定位(wei)后(hou)迅速啟動遠跳或啟用觸點(dian)消弧工作(zuo)和(he)小電(dian)(dian)流系統(tong)(tong)(tong)相互配合,觸點(dian)消弧直接(jie)(jie)旁路(lu)接(jie)(jie)地電(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)流,小電(dian)(dian)流系統(tong)(tong)(tong)通過有效接(jie)(jie)地裝置抑制故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障電(dian)(dian)流,從而很好地保護故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障支路(lu)特別(bie)是電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)支路(lu)的(de)(de)安全(quan),保證系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)安全(quan)運(yun)行。全(quan)電(dian)(dian)壓監(jian)測(ce)裝置監(jian)測(ce)并記(ji)錄整個(ge)選線、消弧過程,并在(zai)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)正常運(yun)行及(ji)發(fa)生故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障時(shi),對(dui)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)三相電(dian)(dian)壓及(ji)其諧(xie)波、電(dian)(dian)壓閃變、弧光(guang)過電(dian)(dian)壓、雷擊過電(dian)(dian)壓、操(cao)作(zuo)過電(dian)(dian)壓等(deng)穩態(tai)、暫態(tai)沖擊進(jin)行實時(shi)監(jian)測(ce)、定時(shi)記(ji)錄和(he)報警供(gong)用戶進(jin)一步分析系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

  1. 快速準(zhun)確的(de)故障測距定位

    主控(kong)制器(qi)采用工業計算(suan)機嵌入DSP技(ji)術、交流(liu)模擬信(xin)號(hao)數字傳輸技(ji)術,當系統(tong)發(fa)生單相接地故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)(shi),主控(kong)制器(qi)能在20ms時(shi)(shi)間內(nei)作出(chu)響(xiang)應(ying),觸發(fa)智能開關(guan)導通。通過中(zhong)性點發(fa)出(chu)可控(kong)脈沖電(dian)(dian)流(liu),瞬時(shi)(shi)放大故(gu)障(zhang)點接地電(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號(hao),該接地電(dian)(dian)流(liu)可控(kong),信(xin)號(hao)強,故(gu)障(zhang)測距定位終端采集器(qi),采用高精度傳感器(qi)為(wei)進(jin)一步提高故(gu)障(zhang)定位準確率,且(qie)智能開關(guan)導通時(shi)(shi)間為(wei)工頻首半波,采用了相位原理(li),對原系統(tong)無影(ying)響(xiang)。

    裝置具有故(gu)障(zhang)錄波功能(neng),可(ke)(ke)以提供故(gu)障(zhang)前(qian)后(hou)的波形,包括故(gu)障(zhang)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)前(qian)的一個周期(qi)和故(gu)障(zhang)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)后(hou)五(wu)個周期(qi)的波形。可(ke)(ke)保存現場故(gu)障(zhang)錄波數據和選線(xian)結果20000次。

    裝置具備跳(tiao)閘功(gong)能(neng),大容量觸點可以直接接入跳(tiao)閘回(hui)路,實現故障定位后(hou)(hou)的故障切除。也可與自(zi)動重(zhong)合(he)閘結(jie)合(he),實現故障定位后(hou)(hou)的自(zi)動弧光處理和進一步(bu)確(que)認。具體根(gen)據(ju)用電企業的實際情況進行方案設計。


  2. 有效的故(gu)障處理

    根(gen)據(ju)單(dan)相(xiang)接地(di)故(gu)障(zhang)的性質及負載的重要程度,再采用不(bu)(bu)同的工作方式,讓(rang)消(xiao)弧線圈(quan)和觸點消(xiao)弧、電阻接地(di)、不(bu)(bu)接地(di)互相(xiang)配合,互相(xiang)保護,有效消(xiao)除弧光過(guo)電壓,解決單(dan)相(xiang)接地(di)故(gu)障(zhang)。具體根(gen)據(ju)用電企業的實際(ji)情(qing)況進(jin)行方案設計。
