在電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)約占全(quan)部故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)85%,而且這些單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)中(zhong)(zhong),85%以(yi)上(shang)是(shi)瞬時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)和可(ke)以(yi)恢(hui)復的(de)(de)(de)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)運行的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)性和供電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性,在其(qi)它條件相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)情況下,取決(jue)于系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)工作方式,即中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)接(jie)地(di)(di)方式。在有效(xiao)(xiao)接(jie)地(di)(di)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)線路(lu)會被迅速切除(chu),防止(zhi)事故(gu)擴大,這對于110kV及(ji)(ji)以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)輸變電(dian)(dian)(dian)網絡來說是(shi)合(he)適的(de)(de)(de)。35kV及(ji)(ji)以(yi)下中(zhong)(zhong)壓輸配電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),由(you)于對供電(dian)(dian)(dian)可(ke)靠(kao)性要(yao)求高,則采用(yong)了中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)非有效(xiao)(xiao)接(jie)地(di)(di)方式,或(huo)稱(cheng)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流接(jie)地(di)(di)方式,對于發(fa)生(sheng)幾率較高的(de)(de)(de)單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),不(bu)會產生(sheng)危及(ji)(ji)人(ren)身、設備和系(xi)(xi)統(tong)安全(quan)的(de)(de)(de)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,并具(ju)有瞬時(shi)性單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)自愈能力(li),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)線電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓仍然對稱(cheng),可(ke)以(yi)保(bao)持對用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)連續(xu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
我國6~35kV中(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)系統主要采用中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點不(bu)接地(di)(di)或經(jing)消弧線圈接地(di)(di)的(de)非有效接地(di)(di)方式,提高了中(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)系統的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)可(ke)靠性(xing)。但另(ling)一方面,這種接地(di)(di)方式也給中(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)輸(shu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統帶來了一些問題,主要是單(dan)相(xiang)接地(di)(di)時會引起(qi)弧光過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)及諧振過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。特別對(dui)于較(jiao)高倍數的(de)間(jian)歇性(xing)弧光接地(di)(di)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),如不(bu)能(neng)及時消除,可(ke)能(neng)造(zao)成(cheng)避雷器熱(re)崩潰、電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜放炮、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)互感器故障、絕(jue)緣閃絡等各類事(shi)故,引發第二點接地(di)(di)造(zao)成(cheng)危(wei)害較(jiao)大的(de)相(xiang)間(jian)事(shi)故。
這(zhe)些事故(gu)(gu)表明(ming)中(zhong)壓系統(tong)中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)(dian)非有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)接(jie)地(di)(di)方(fang)(fang)式會(hui)(hui)給系統(tong)電(dian)氣設備(bei)的(de)運行(xing)安(an)全帶(dai)來一(yi)些問(wen)題。這(zhe)些問(wen)題如果不能(neng)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)解決(jue),用戶就(jiu)會(hui)(hui)在(zai)供(gong)電(dian)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)和運行(xing)安(an)全性(xing)(xing)(xing)兩者(zhe)間進行(xing)選(xuan)擇(ze),也就(jiu)是中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)地(di)(di)方(fang)(fang)式的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)。多年(nian)的(de)運行(xing)經驗(yan)表明(ming),在(zai)中(zhong)壓系統(tong)選(xuan)擇(ze)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)接(jie)地(di)(di)方(fang)(fang)式會(hui)(hui)顯著(zhu)地(di)(di)降低供(gong)電(dian)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)。因(yin)此保持中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)(dian)非有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)接(jie)地(di)(di)方(fang)(fang)式提(ti)高供(gong)電(dian)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)優點(dian)(dian)(dian)同時解決(jue)這(zhe)種接(jie)地(di)(di)方(fang)(fang)式帶(dai)來的(de)問(wen)題是近年(nian)來中(zhong)壓系統(tong)的(de)一(yi)個主要研究課題。解決(jue)這(zhe)一(yi)問(wen)題的(de)關鍵在(zai)于準(zhun)確的(de)故(gu)(gu)障選(xuan)線和有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)后續處理。在(zai)準(zhun)確確定故(gu)(gu)障支路的(de)基礎上,根據(ju)故(gu)(gu)障支路負載的(de)重要性(xing)(xing)(xing)以及故(gu)(gu)障的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)質來靈活、有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)地(di)(di)確定故(gu)(gu)障的(de)處理方(fang)(fang)式,形成系統(tong)解決(jue)方(fang)(fang)案。
目前市場上廣泛(fan)使用的(de)小電流選(xuan)線(xian)方式(shi)往往受到接地(di)點阻抗變化范(fan)圍大(da)、工況復(fu)雜、零(ling)序電流信號(hao)弱、電磁干擾強等各種因素的(de)影響,難以快速、準確地(di)選(xuan)出發生單相接地(di)故障支路(lu),選(xuan)線(xian)準確率(lv)較低。
泰(tai)隆電(dian)氣在聯合各(ge)界(jie)資源(yuan)力(li)量、在國內外電(dian)力(li)行(xing)業(ye)的技術支持(chi)下(xia)誕生了一(yi)種智能化電(dian)網單(dan)相接(jie)(jie)地故障綜合保護(hu)管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(簡稱(cheng)接(jie)(jie)地管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)綜合了直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地、不(bu)接(jie)(jie)地、電(dian)阻接(jie)(jie)地、消弧(hu)線圈等接(jie)(jie)地方(fang)式(shi)相互配合運(yun)(yun)行(xing),比目前(qian)電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)采(cai)用單(dan)一(yi)的中(zhong)性點不(bu)接(jie)(jie)地、消弧(hu)線圈接(jie)(jie)地、小(中(zhong))電(dian)阻接(jie)(jie)地方(fang)式(shi)具有更高(gao)的供電(dian)可(ke)靠性、選線準確率高(gao)、過電(dian)壓(ya)倍數低(di)和消諧、消弧(hu)等作(zuo)用好的特點。新建電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)可(ke)以采(cai)用手動(dong)干預(yu)法運(yun)(yun)行(xing),也可(ke)以采(cai)用自動(dong)模式(shi)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)。
二、技術方案
在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)非(fei)有(you)效接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)系統中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),通過接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)變(bian)壓器引出一(yi)個(ge)(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian),該中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)與(yu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)運行(xing)(xing)渦流(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關(guan)IGBT串聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)入可(ke)控(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)后(hou)(hou)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)。系統正常運行(xing)(xing)時,接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)運行(xing)(xing)渦流(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關(guan)IGBT不導通。當系統或線(xian)路發生(sheng)單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)時,接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)變(bian)壓器的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)發生(sheng)變(bian)化,裝(zhuang)置中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的主控(kong)(kong)制器檢(jian)測(ce)到故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)信號,并(bing)觸(chu)發接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)運行(xing)(xing)渦流(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關(guan)IBGT導通,零(ling)序(xu)(xu)回路將(jiang)流(liu)(liu)過一(yi)個(ge)(ge)脈沖可(ke)控(kong)(kong)的零(ling)序(xu)(xu)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),該零(ling)序(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)線(xian)路,故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)線(xian)路測(ce)距定位信號采(cai)集單元(yuan)檢(jian)測(ce)到故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)信號后(hou)(hou)發送給(gei)控(kong)(kong)制器,判斷故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)線(xian)路、故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)類型及故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)時間和(he)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)波形等(deng)。然后(hou)(hou)根(gen)據單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質,再采(cai)用不同的工作(zuo)方式(shi),讓(rang)消弧線(xian)圈和(he)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)消弧、電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)及不接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)互相(xiang)(xiang)配合,消除(chu)弧光(guang)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),并(bing)互相(xiang)(xiang)保(bao)護。
對(dui)于瞬(shun)時性(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故障(zhang)(zhang)和(he)弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故障(zhang)(zhang),通過(guo)(guo)干預技術完(wan)成故障(zhang)(zhang)測(ce)距(ju)定(ding)位(wei)后(hou)迅(xun)速(su)啟(qi)動脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)和(he)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu),用(yong)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)來(lai)旁路暫態、高頻接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)電容電流和(he)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)暫態電感(gan)電流,當脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)穩定(ding)工作并實現(xian)補償后(hou),退出觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu),待故障(zhang)(zhang)消(xiao)除后(hou)再(zai)退出脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)。由于有(you)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)以及低殘(can)壓(ya)過(guo)(guo)電壓(ya)吸(xi)收裝置和(he)電阻來(lai)限制觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)真空接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)觸(chu)器開斷引起的(de)(de)(de)操作過(guo)(guo)電壓(ya),對(dui)于瞬(shun)時性(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故障(zhang)(zhang)或(huo)(huo)弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故障(zhang)(zhang),這種(zhong)組合式的(de)(de)(de)工作方式克服了傳統的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)或(huo)(huo)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)、不(bu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)、小電阻接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)單(dan)獨應用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)缺陷,更加有(you)利于故障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)除,使(shi)裝置的(de)(de)(de)可靠(kao)性(xing)(xing)大大提高。

裝置具(ju)備跳(tiao)閘功能,大容量(liang)觸(chu)點可以直接接入(ru)跳(tiao)閘回路,實(shi)現故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)定位后的故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)切除。也可與(yu)自(zi)動重合閘結合,實(shi)現故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)定位后的自(zi)動弧光處理(li)和進一(yi)步確認。具(ju)體根(gen)據用電企業的實(shi)際(ji)情況進行方案(an)設計。

全電壓監測控制
